Step 7.
This is the 2nd part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, make a duplicate of the stroked curve, and rotate it counter clockwise, using the transform tool (edit > transform rotate). Align the right hand side of it with the original curve, creating a glow effect.
 
Step 8.
Duplicate the original and flip it horiztonally (edit > transform > flip horizontal).
Step 9.
This time rotate the duplicate clockwise.
Step 10.
Make a 4 duplicate, so that the 3rd one is now glowing.
Step 11.
Create a 5th duplicate and rotate it counter clockwise slightly.
Step 12.
Create a few more duplicates to creating varying levels of glow on each segment.
Step 13.
Then, make a copy of the original curve, place it to the right of the header and rotate it counter clockwise, as shown below.
Step 14.
Duplicate that layer, creating a glow like below.

Step 15.
Next, zoom in to 400% magnification and create a selection with the elliptical marquee tool. Set the foreground color to light grey (DADADA) and the background to dark (141414). Choose the radial gradient tool and drag from the center of the selection to create the gradient shown below. Next go to [Part 3]of this Photoshop tutorial.
