| This is the final part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, merge all the rounded rectangles into a single layer. Make a selection using the layer, make it invisble and use the selection to delete the text (image b). |

| Apply a subtle drop shadow (layer> layer style > drop shadow) to the text. Rotate edit > transform > rotate) the striped background to -45 degrees, moving it so that the bottom left edge is against the bottom left corner of the lowest hole. |

| Save the Photoshop document and open it up in Image Ready. Create a 2nd frame and then move the striped background like in image b). |

| Click on the icon circled in image a) and choose 7 for the frames to add. |

| You should now have 9 frames. |

| Click on the 1st frame and make the black layer visible again. This should make it visible in all of the frames, as shown below. |
