| This is part 2 of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, make another selection using the text, contract it by 8 and feather (select > feather) it by 4. Create a new layer, set the foreground color to F1F1F1 and the back ground color to a dark grey (7C7C7C). Choose the gradient tool, set it to linear gradient and then drag the distance and direction of the red arrow (image a). Zoom in to 300%, focus on the top left of the "M" and then create a new layer. Create a new layer, set the foreground to F2F2F2 and the background to 515151. Make a selection and then drag from the center of it to either side, creating a reflected gradient (image b). Make another selection (image c) and the cut the layer (layer via cut) into 2. |

| Make the larger top section invisible for now, and then make a selection, using the elliptical marquee tool (image a). Cut the layer into 2 and then delete the bottom section, leaving you with a rounded bottom. Next, create a light grey (D8D8D7) oval on the top (image c). |
