This is part 2 of the Photoshop tutorial to draw Stewie. Next create the first ear, as shown in image a). Do this by using the elliptical marquee tool to create a small black circle, contracting (select > modify > contract) it by 1 pixel and then filling in the selection with peach. Once you've done that, use the eraser tool to erase part of it, like in image b). |

Use the line shape tool to create the in ear parts. |

Using the elliptical marquee tool create a pixel wide circular border for the eyes. |

Next, we're going to create the little bits of hair. Choose the brush tool and then set it to "hard rounded 1 pixel" and then create a new layer and a new path . Make a small curve with the pen tool , using 2 points. Right click on the path, choosingstroke path. Make sure brush is selected under too.l |

Press OK, and the path should be converted to a stroke. Create another strand of hair, this time a bit longer. |

Create some eyebrows with the line tool. Create 2 lines in the eye, so that it looks like they are half closed. Merge the 2 lines withe the circle and then use the magic wand tool to select the space between the 2 lines on the eye. |

Fill the selection with white and then repeat the process with the other eye. Use the elliptical marquee tool to create pupils of the eyes. |
