| This is the 2nd part of this Photoshop tutorial. Next, highlight the "Stripes" layer set, in the layers panel, and choose the transform tool (edit > transform > rotate) which will allow you to rotate the 2 stripes together. Enter -45 degrees as the value in the box at the top of Photoshop. Move the 2 stripes so that they cover the top left of the text. |

| Duplicate the stripes (image b), so that the whole of text is covered. Next highlight the "Stripes" layer set again and change the blending mode to Overlay (image c). |

| Next, choose the custome shape tool and choose the star, circled in red. Create a large, white star in a new layer set named "Stars". |
