| This is the final part of this Photoshop tutorial where we will ceate the flowers. Zoom in to 1600%, over the logo. Create a small oval, using the elliptical marquee tool and on a new layer. Apply an outer glow (layer > layer style > outer glow) and duplicate the layer. |

| Duplicate the petals twice more, rotating them by 90 degrees (edit > transform > rotate 90 degrees clockwise). Merge all the petals together, duplicate the layer and then rotate it by 45 degrees (image b) |

| Create a selection in the center, using the elliptical marquee tool. Fill it with light green and then apply the noise filter(filter > noise > add noise). Merge the layers together and zoom back out. |

| Duplicate the flower layer several times and adjust some to the colors (image > adjustments > hue / saturation) of your choosing. Add some text for the menu and some content, bringing us to the end of this Photoshop tutorial! Download PSD |
