This is the 3rd part of the Photoshop tutorial to create a swinging pendulum. So now we've create the 1 frame of the animation, we need to duplicate the layer set multiples times, altering each ones angle. Name the first layer set 0 and then create a duplicate above itm naming that 1. Go to edit > transform and you'll notice a pivot point in the middle (circled in red). Since the pivot point is in the center, if you rotate it, it will rotate at the center. |

| |
| |
| We want the pendulum to rotate from the top, so move the pivot point upwards until it clicks into the position circled in red. At the top there will be a space to enter the angle, so change it to 5, and it will rotate as shown in image c). |
| Make another duplcaite of layer set 0, but this time set the angle to -5. |
| Next, duplicate layer set 1 and increase the angle by 4. As we add a new frame of it moving out we want to decrease the angle value we add on, to make it look like it's slowing down. |
| Do the same with the right hand side one, but put -4 for the angle. . |
| For layer set 3 put 3 for the increase in angle and for layer set 4 put 2 for the angle and so on. Do this until you have as mand, as shown in the images below. |
Once you've done that, make all the layer sets insible apart from numuber, shown below. Save the Photoshop file and then go to Part 4 of this tutorial. |
