Start off by making a new photoshop document with a dark blue background and dimensions of 215 width and 24 height. Make a small light brown circle at the top, pushing it slightly out of the screen. In a new layer set make a rectangular selection. Make the foreground to light yellow (F1E438) and the background to a darker yellow (797309). Then, by dragging from the center of the selection, make a reflected gradient. Scale the gradients width, using the transform tool (edit > free transform), as shown in image c). |
