For the 3rd part of this Photoshop tutorial we're going to animate the TV, so open up your saved Photoshop file in Image Ready. Make sure you have the Layer and Animation panels open. Only static1 should be visible at the moment. |

| Create a new frame in the aniamtion panel, and then make the static2 layer visible. |

| Continue to create a new frame, while revealing a new static layer for each new frame. You should end up with 4 frames in total. |

| So, there you go! We're now at the end of this Photoshop tutorial to create an aniamted TV. Now all you need to do is save the image as a gif file (file > Save Optimized As...). Hope you had fun. |
