| This Photoshop tutorial will show you how to draw a cartoon vampire bat. |

| First of all create a new photoshop document, with dimensions of at least 200x200. Make a black oval to the left and on a new layer. Zoom in to 200% and then use a smaller oval selection to delete part of the larger one, as shown in image b). |

| Create another 2 slighty smaller selections to the right, deleting those also. |

|
|
|
|
| Create the final arc and then tidy up the unwanted parts with a hard brush eraser.. |
|
|
|
|
|
| Zoom out to 100% again, and then use a rectangular marquee to delete the right hand side, as shown in the image below. Next go to <Part 2> of this Photoshop tutorial. |
