This is the 3rd part of this Photoshop tutorial to create a Vista style layout. On a new layer above the top gradient, create a selection cover just below half of it and then create gradient that gets gradually darker. |

| Create a second gradient, with darker tones of grey, leaving some of the blue gradient showing. Next, create a thin grey rectangle, leaving a pixel wide blue line at the top. |

| Merge the grey gradients together and then change it's blending mode to overlay, in the layers panel. Next, create a grey rectangle above the blue gradient and then a white box with a black border. |

| Add a small title for your site and some light grey verdana text. From the layer styles, choose drop shadow for the text, and then apply the settings shown in image c). |
