| To start this Photoshop tutorial, make a new document with dimensions of 600x550 and a white background. To create the header area, use the rectangular marquee tool to make a selection at the top, spanning the width of the canvas. Set the foreground color to C4CFD6 and the background color to E2EAED. Then use the gradient tool to create a linear gradient, dragging the distance and direction shown in image a). Now we're going to create a snow like element. So, zoom in to 200%, set the foreground color to light blue (D3EFFF) and then use the pen tool to start creating a shape, like in image b). |

| Continue to create the shape, making it look like the one in the image below. |
